High Season in south Florida is typically from November 15th to April 15th. 

Off Season (summer rates) in south Florida is typically from April 15 through November 15.

In High Season, desirable accommodations can be tough to get if you don't reserve early, no matter where you hope to stay.

Typically, the more desirable the location, the quicker reservations are all taken. We often book reservations more than a year in advance. So plan early!

Because rates in Off Season are slightly lower, desirable accommodations can still be tough to get if you don't reserve early - no matter where you hope to stay. Also, many businesses choose to close during off season. Restaurants are a prime example of this - many of our area restaurants are only open during high season.

We accept reservations for both High Season (Winter) and Off Season (Summer). 

If you'd like to stay with us and/or enjoy our Everglades Spa & Lodge services, we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible.

If you choose to wait to place reservations, we cannot guarantee availability.
